The Project

Travelmediate, like any other travel agency has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. To make the most out of a bad situation, they decided to go on a roadtrip with their campervan and drive to a few of the destinations in their portfolio. Their idea was to keep their clients update on the roadtrip through the newsletter, and write blog posts afterwards, but the wanted to add something more special to it. After talking to me about advice on how to live-stream at the locations, we ended up deciding it was best for me to come along with them, and capture their experience at each destination.

The roadtrip was only 4 days total, visiting Bordeaux, Arcachon, San Sebastian, Bilbao and Lisbon. With generally only 2-3 hours on location to try and shoot the entire video. With every day we became more adapted to each other, and managed to capture fun, short video's that gave a good impression of their experience, giving a visual support to their planned blog posts and newsletter.
